Design Notes

To test the expression of LasR more conveniently, we added histag before double terminator. I assemble this part with constitutive promoter and double terminator. The bar between promoter and LasR seems indispensable for the expression of LasR, so it is reserved. The bar between promoter and RBS is removed cause they were assembled through PCR rather than 3A assembly method and seems not affected the expression of LasR.
